Keeping everyone who we interact with, safe and informed, is our top priority at this time.
We are keeping a close eye on the developing situation. We want to assure you that your wellbeing is our number one priority and we are taking a range of steps to protect you when you use our services.
We have always taken great pride in keeping our offices and sites clean and safe for everyone. To make sure we can keep on serving you to the standard you expect, we have put in place an updated cleaning and sanitising plan for our office, vehicles and site spaces, to ensure they’re cleaned more frequently and with extra care. This will be ongoing until further notice.
We aim to follow all Ministry of Health guidelines; which currently advise keeping a good level of social distance, avoiding handshaking, and ensuring that there is soap and water available. We have engaged extra hygiene and cleaning practices in our offices, shared rooms and site spaces. This will be ongoing until further notice.
We’re equally committed to caring for our team. Since January we’ve provided our team with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe, and we have reviewed and updated our travel policy to help enhance the safety of our team and clients. We appreciate that everyone is also looking to reduce the amount of face to face contact they have and reduce travel, in order to minimise the potential spread of COVID-19.
In line with this, we encourage you to please phone, email or request to skype (or equivalent) a meeting, as opposed to coming to our office in person. Equally please post, courier or email information to us, as you need to.
Right now, if you do need to visit our office or sites to drop in materials, collect something, or meet with us - and it is not an existing booking:
• We would prefer you to phone us to confirm the purpose of your visit before you come, to ensure it's essential
• We also may check that there is a meeting space appropriate for numbers and safe social distancing. Please note, large group meetings may not be possible at this time
Please do not visit if you are unwell, been near someone unwell, overseas or potentially exposed to Covid-19 within the last 14 days.
Please note our site induction requirements have been altered to help protect those working on-site from Coronavirus. Please feel free to contact us for a copy of our induction form if you wish to check before visiting the site and possibly avoid being refused entry.
We are taking precautions to ensure we are ready and able to work remotely should that be a necessity for some of our team. Our systems allow us to do that, and we are closely monitoring this very fluid situation.
Should you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
